A 'material change' is a change which, in Our reasonable opinion only, makes the Event materially different to the Event that purchasers of the Ticket, taken generally, could reasonably expect (NOT including a change of start and finishing times). The use of 'understudies' in a performance shall not be a material change or a slight change to the menu options.
Under no circumstances will We refund the ticket price or deposits for ticket purchasers if You can no longer attend the event regardless of the excuse or You've simply changed Your mind.
Where an Event has been cancelled altogether or re-scheduled to a different day by Us (not including a change of start and finishing times) then you will be entitled to claim a refund.
Where such a refund is required; You must notify us by email of your intentions that you require a refund as soon as you are aware of such material change, cancellation or where the Event has been rescheduled, prior to the rescheduled Event.
